Any registered Oklahoma voter may request an absentee ballot and vote by mail.
The signature on your absentee ballot application will be compared to the signature on your voter registration card to ensure they match.
Your voted ballot must be notarized. Additionally, if you hand deliver your voted ballot, you will need to show non-expired ID. You can show any photo ID issued by the State of Oklahoma, the federal government or a federally recognized Indian tribe, or you can show the voter registration card that was issued to you by your county board of elections. You cannot use a student ID.
